Oh, thank God, you meant that Robert Moses. For a second, I was really worried that you'd read The Power Broker and had taken the wrong message from it.

He's wonderful. I just got done reading about his work in the early '60's in what is a pretty darn informative book (if an unfortunately dated one in a couple of ways, most immediately the use of the adjective "black" as a noun -- cringe).
