What do you think of Orthodox Jewish or conservative Christian women who cover their hair and wear completely covering clothing?

How would you compare those forms of body-covering with hijab?

I ask not because I have any "gotcha" up my sleeve but because I think about this and am not 100% sure of my thoughts.
