KWRK in the Burque
Oct. 12th, 2009 05:10 pmA good day today, eyes are getting dotted and tees crossed.
Signed my intern contract at KWRK today. Young X and I will be intern partners. I am the oldest living intern and he is the youngest. I am to teach him how to ask questions (he is 16 years old) and he is to teach me how to run a camera and edit on a Mac. Harold and Maude jump back!
This I am to do Monday evenings 6-9 p.m., and Tuesday mornings 10-noon.
My first project is to do a freedom of speech PSA with some of my contacts at the biopark. We'll see how it goes.
Tomorrow, a new crew of boyfriends -- the HABWC sudddenly moved back to Indiana, because Christ told him he had to go to low tech solar and wind energy seminars with his brother in law, and Cowboy J headed off to South Dakota to divorce his fourth wife; work here in Burque seems to have dried up for them -- comes to start working on the concrete floors in the BR and the sewing room. I need to go to the bank for about the 50th time to get bill pay and PIN issues straightened out. And Habitat for Humanity is coming Wednesday TO TAKE AWAY THE HOGWARTS PORTAL. BUH-BYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYE.

Hard-working Amish Boy Wonder Contractor, left, and Cowboy J install a clothesline at the Rancho Atomico, July.
And, I have begun the process of reviewing botany material for docent flashcards for test. Today, arthropods. What is the difference between a pupa and a larva? Holo- and hemimetabolous? Moths and butterflies? What is an insect? Discuss.
