Ta Ta, Troopies
Nov. 7th, 2008 02:30 pmMy long experiment, begun in July, 2002, with writing a public but anonymous journal is over. My anonymity is key to this voice, and I've learned a very great deal about people who don't feel accountable to each other, or to me, in this anonymous venue.
You know who you are.
You know I know who you are and that I have no compunction in outing you. That how-to-give-a-blow-job book on your Amazon wish list was my personal favorite, and when the time is right, I'm going to tell your boss, my old friend, all about it.
What makes me sad is that the most vicious and unscrupulous among you are politically ambitious progressives. Good luck with that.
I'd also like to point out it's none of you that have brought this experiment to an end.
I've decontaminated the internet from links between this journal and my real name. From now on this will be a friends-only anonymous journal, instead of a public anonymous journal.
Leave a comment if you'd like to friend. I'm not pruning the friends list I have, because y'all are like, friends.
