I've been enjoying candlelight for breakfast in the Morgan Le Fay Room, overlooking the roadrunners scouring the front yard for fresh meat and sunrise behind the Sandias, and decided to make honey-scented tea lights from real beeswax. To go with the homemade Pompe a l'Huile.

Beeswax from Local Harvest. Clear cups and wicks from here. Dedicated "double boiler" for melting wax, two saucepans from IKEA. Also, dedicated funnel, old hot milk heater, box top, per directions here.

Photo tute by me here.

Much more Marthaesque activity at Flickr.
