i'm not against modesty or celibacy or any of that. i do think covering your face, and the full body/face disguise of the various islamic garments is an effacement that is different, and perhaps not in degree.
covering your hair, hmmmm. i really hate the talmudic weaselling on walkie talkies on the sabbath and human hair wigs to cover your (presumably more human) hair.
i'm thinking of those mormon concentration camps and the women all with the same saucy pompadour/french braid hair do. wtf is up with that?
